If you want to start selling prints through arte.bio, navigate to the sidebar and go to Prints. Here you can see all your requested projects, track their progress and request new print projects.
Request a print
To request a print project, go to Prints and click on Create a print.
Start by uploading a file of the work that you wish to print. Then select options to customise your print, and use the preview to review. To save your changes, click Save as draft and once you’re done Submit the request. If you have any questions, email info@arte.bio and the team will be at hand to assist as you need.
Manage your request
You can track the progress of your request by going to Prints overview. The request status will help you understand what stage the request is in
- Draft
- If you haven’t submitted a request, it will be saved as a draft. You can review it anytime and submit.
- In review
- After you submit your request, we’ll carefully review all the details and get back to you by email within a few business days.
- Approved / Launch planning
- Once a project is approved you will be notified by email. Now is the time to pick launch date. You can select one that we’ve already suggested for your or pick your own date.
- Get ready to launch
- While our creative team begins the pre-production, you can go ahead and start your launch planning.
- To share the print on your website and start capturing interest, navigate to your print request and open request details. Follow the ‘Start promoting your print’ to publish the card on your website.
- Next schedule an email campaign to engage your mailing list and promote the print with your followers.
- Launched
- Once the product is available on your website, a project is considered launched.
