Cards

Add a card

In the sidebar, go to Content. Navigate to the page where you want to add content. To add a content block, click on New card +. Select one of the presets or go with a custom one, and click Create card.

Listing status

To help communicate with your audience the availability of your work, you have different options on how to list them.

Product and Edition preset cards can be listed as:

• Available for sale
• Sold out

Original works can be listed as

• Available for enquiry
• Sold out

If you don’t want to show any status, select Do not show listing status.

If a work is listed as available for sale, you need to provide a date from when the work is Available from. If it is not yet released, you can set a date for the future. If the work is already available, you can set any date in the past. You can also select to Add end date if the work is only available for a pre-defined period of time.

Add link to a card

Besides the Text and Image preset, all cards can be associated with an external link. Video card needs to be associated with a Vimeo or YouTube link.

Select card size

There are three card sizes to choose from – small, medium and large. This will define the size of the card on the page.

Select card click interaction

Go to Settings tab to choose what happens when a visitor clicks on the card on your website. You can choose between two On card click options.

If Open as a pop-up window is selected, clicking on the card will open a pop-up window where you can show more images, provide more details and your visitors can subscribe for updates.

If Open as a direct link is selected, clicking on the card will take your visitors directly to the external link you provide.

• If the item is upcoming (the Available from date is in the future) the on click action will be Open as a pop-up window.
• If the item is available (the Available from date is in the past and the Available until date is not set or in the future) and a link is provided, the on click action will be Open as a direct link. If no link is provided, the on click action will be Open as a pop-up window.
• If the item is sold out or has no listing status, the on click action will be Open as a pop-up window.

Edit a card

To edit a card, click on it or click on the icon and select Edit.

Duplicate a card

To duplicate an existing card, click on the icon and select Duplicate.

Save and publish a card

Any changes that you make to your website are saved as draft, and you need to Publish them before they appear on your public website. If you’re working on your edits, make sure to Save your changes.

You will see an Unsaved changes banner if you have some edits that have not been saved yet.

To preview any changes before you publish, click on the icon in the top bar. In the preview mode you can switch between the mobile and desktop view of your website.

To go back to editing content, close the preview.

Unpublish a card

To upublish your card, click on the icon on top of the page and select Unpublish.

Delete a card

To delete a card, click on the icon on top of the page and select Delete; or go to Settings tab and navigate to the bottom of the page and click on Delete button, and Confirm your action.
