Compose an email
In the sidebar, go to Campaigns. Click on Schedule email and select one of the presets:
- Send a card update – choose to build an email around one or more of your existing content cards
- Build your own – choose to build an email for any type of update or a message
Use blocks to compose the body of your email.
Schedule an email
To schedule a new email, follow the steps to build an email first. When you're ready, click Schedule and follow these steps:
- Choose who will receive the email
- Select the group of recipients using a tag or segment.
- (Optional) Exclude certain people by choosing a “do not send” tag or segment.
- You will use one email credit per recipient.
- Enter subject line
- This is the title your recipients will see in their inbox.
- Pick send time
- You can send the email right away or schedule it for a specific date and time.
To schedule an email that you’ve drafted before, navigate to the email you want to schedule, then click on Schedule and follow the same steps as above.
Email credits
On a basic subscription plan you have 100 email credits. Email credits are the number of emails you can send in a month on arte.bio.
Credits will auto renew on a monthly basis. If you need a top up, you can always contact us at info@arte.bio.
You can check your credit balance by going to Campaigns. In the top bar you will see a number of credits you have left. Click on it to see more info.
